Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us — and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Realty Force Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. (“Realty Force”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a real estate brokerage licensed to operate in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is at Office 1703, Clover Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about how we handle your information, contact us at admin@realty-force.com or +971 4 368 2323.
Scope of this policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It applies to realty-force.com and to the enquiry forms on it.
It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, such as property portals, developer websites or our social media profiles. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, together with the real estate regulations of the Dubai Land Department and RERA that apply to our brokerage activities.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a contact form, an enquiry pop-up on a property, project or community page, or a job application form, we ask for:
- your full name;
- your mobile or telephone number, including the country dialling code you select;
- your email address;
- the subject of your enquiry — for example buying, renting, off-plan, selling or careers; and
- any message you choose to write, which may reference a specific property, project, community or role.
Where you open an enquiry from a particular listing, project or area guide, the form may be pre-filled with that context so that we know what you are asking about. You can edit or delete that text before sending.
If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email instead of using a form, we will hold whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of our own. Like any website, however, the servers that deliver our pages and the third-party services embedded in them receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, language and the page you requested. This is described in the sections on cookies and third parties below.
Information we do not ask for
We never ask you to enter passport or Emirates ID numbers, bank account or card details, passwords or any other financial credentials through this website. If you receive a message that appears to come from Realty Force asking for those details online, treat it as fraudulent and contact us directly on the number above.
How and why we use your information
We use the personal data described above to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings, valuations or consultations you have asked for;
- match you with properties, projects and communities that fit the requirements you tell us about;
- provide our brokerage services, including introducing you to landlords, sellers, developers or their representatives where that is the purpose of your enquiry;
- assess job applications where you apply for a role with us;
- keep records required of a licensed Dubai brokerage, including records we must retain for regulatory, anti-money-laundering, tax and audit purposes; and
- improve our services and understand which communities and property types our clients are asking about.
Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (which you give by submitting an enquiry), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a brokerage business, and compliance with legal obligations under UAE law.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you, and we do not use it for profiling.
Marketing communications
If you enquire with us, we may contact you about properties, projects and market updates that are relevant to what you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message, or by emailing admin@realty-force.com, and we will stop without needing a reason.
Withdrawing consent to marketing does not stop us contacting you about an enquiry or transaction that is already under way.
Cookies and similar technologies
Realty Force does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not store your enquiry data in your browser.
Some pages embed content from third parties that may set cookies or receive technical data when the content loads:
- Google Maps — embedded on the contact page and on community guides to show a location. Loading a map sends your IP address and device information to Google.
- Google Fonts — used to serve the typeface across the site.
These services are provided by Google and are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may prevent embedded maps from displaying correctly but will not affect the rest of the site.
Property listings and third-party data
Some property information on this website, including listings available to buy and rent, is drawn from third-party sources such as property portals and developer materials. That information relates to properties, not to you, and is published for information only.
Where you enquire about a listing, we may need to share your contact details with the party who controls that property in order to progress your enquiry, as described above.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and your data is primarily processed here. Some of the service providers we use, including email and hosting providers, may store or process data on servers outside the UAE.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, including by contracting with providers who offer appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us or the opportunity becomes relevant again.
Where an enquiry leads to a transaction, we retain the associated records for the period required by UAE law and by the Dubai Land Department and RERA, which may extend for several years after the transaction completes.
Job applications are retained for up to twelve months from the date of application unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including restricting access to staff who need it, using reputable service providers and serving this website over an encrypted connection.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send us passport copies, financial details or other sensitive documents through a web form; if we need documents from you, we will tell you how to send them securely.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in UAE data protection law, you have the right to:
- be informed about how we process your personal data;
- access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy;
- request correction of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- request deletion of your data where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- request transfer of data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@realty-force.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Some rights are limited. For example, we may be unable to delete records we are required by Dubai Land Department, RERA, anti-money-laundering or tax rules to retain. Where we cannot act on a request, we will explain why.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our website links to third-party sites, including property portals, developer websites, mapping services and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Once you leave our website, this policy no longer applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Continuing to use the website after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
How to contact us
If you have a question, a request about your data, or a complaint about how we have handled it, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
